Procedure for Enrolment Day 29th November 2011

All financial members will be directed to the north side double glass doors to
form a queue. Sequential tickets will be issued on arrival.

All members are expected to have paid their subscriptions for 2012 before this
day. SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON ENROLMENT DAY.

Members will be admitted 30 at a time, and asked to wait in rooms until their
numbers are called. At this time you will be given the opportunity to complete
any extra enrolments if required, and a co-ordinator will be on hand to assist
you with information on courses.

Your enrolments will be checked and numbered according to your queue
position. You are requested to leave the building (and car park) at this stage,
to allow later arrivals some room.
5.
You are not required to wait while your enrolments are processed by the
computer. Your confirmation, showing whether or not you have been successful
in enrolling in the classes of your choice, will be mailed to you. Please do not
telephone the office for confirmation. If you are unsuccessful in your bid to
enter the class of your choice, you will be able to enrol, at the office, in another
class which has vacancies. The office is open until 9th December and from 23rd
January 2012.
