2011 Enrolment Procedures

Payment of membership subscriptions will be accepted from Monday 1 Nov 2010 through Fri 26 Nov 2010. Note that enrolments cannot be processed until membership subscriptions have been received.

 

We will accept your renewals or new memberships at the Moorleigh Office or by mail to PO Box 1291 Moorabbin 3189.

 

Subscription fees for 2011 are - Single $45, Double $85, Associate $25 (all rates include GST).

 

Once again you will have to queue on

ENROLMENT DAY, Tuesday 30 November 2010

to have your enrolment slips checked but you will not be required to wait for your acknowledgement slips as these will be mailed to you. We operate on the basis of "first come, first served" for all courses.

 

Significant Dates

Fri 26 Nov 2010    - Classes for 2010 conclude

Tue 30 Nov 2010  - Enrolments accepted for Moorleigh and

                            all other venues ( M B & V codes) at

                            Moorleigh campus

Thu 2 Dec 2010  - Enrolments for all computer classes

                            at Moorleigh

Fri 10 Dec 2010  - Office closes for Christmas recess but

                            mail subscriptions and enrolments will

                            be processed in order of receipt

 

Enrolment Day Proxies

If for reasons of health or absence you will not be able to attend on Enrolment Day, and you want to enrol in a popular class, please arrange a proxy before that date. Members over 80 are also entitled to arrange a proxy.

 

Please note that the office staff cannot arrange a proxy for you.
